What is a Chai Latte?
A chai is a delicious and aromatic beverage that originated in India, where it is traditionally prepared with black tea and a mix of spices. The term “chai” simply means “tea” in Hindi, but in the West it refers to this particular spice tea mix. This drink combines the rich flavors of chai with creamy milk, creating a luxurious and warming experience. The result is a smooth, sweet drink that is perfect for any occasion, especially during cold days. The combination of spices such as cinnamon, ginger, cardamom and cloves not only adds delicious flavor but also offers health benefits, as it supports the immune system.
